This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all programs, courses, workshops, internships, certifications, memberships, and digital services offered by Indian Cyber Club Academy through indiancyberclubacademy.com or through any direct/offline payment mode.
Once payment is successfully processed, it cannot be reversed, cancelled, adjusted, or refunded under any circumstances.

All programs include access to proprietary content, recorded sessions, confidential materials, structured curriculum, mentorship access, and intellectual property.
Due to the digital and intangible nature of these services, once access is granted (partially or fully), refunds are not possible.
If a student opts for installment payment, the full course fee remains legally payable. Discontinuing classes does not cancel pending payment obligations.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without prior written communication will be treated as a breach of agreement. The academy reserves the right to suspend access, withhold certifications, and initiate legal recovery if necessary.
Batch transfers, if approved, are subject to management discretion and may include administrative charges. Transfers do not qualify for refunds.
If the academy permanently cancels a program without providing an alternative batch or equivalent access, management may decide on adjustments at its sole discretion.
By making payment, the student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy. Ignorance of this policy is not a valid ground for claiming a refund.
Any disputes arising from transactions shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
